About the authors

Françoise De Keuleneer has always been convinced of the link between diet and health. She holds a diploma in nutritherapy (CERDEN).

Corinne Hubinont is an obstetrician, specializing in high-risk pregnancies. She is associate head of department at the Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc in Brussels, professor and head of the obstetrics research unit at the Université Catholique de Louvain.

Héloïse Coppée has degrees in environmental management sciences, nutritional therapy and communication.
